	Directions Below you will find directions to the Friendship Community Center where the LPAC Swim Club trains in addition to directions to the places around Central Pennsylvania where the Gators compete in swim meets. Swim Meet Directions Aquatic Club of the West Shore Big Spring Carlisle YMCA Chambersburg YMCA Cumberland Valley High School East Pennsboro Aquatics Club Norther York YMCA South Middleton Lebanon Valley Otters Palmyra Sharks Aquatic Club of the West Shore: FROM HARRISBURG/HERSHEY AREA AND WEST Take 83 South to Exit 16, Fishing Creek Right at stop sign onto 262 West. Continue on 262 West for .4 of a mile to Red Land High School entrance on left. Return to Top BIG SPRING: Drive South on I-81 to Plainfield Exit 44. Turn right onto Rt. 465 North, proceeding to Route 11. Turn left onto Route 11 South (at the Sheetz). Drive 5 miles on route 11 to Mount Rock Road which lies on the right between Agar's Welding Shop and the Mt. Rock United Methodist Church. Turn right onto Mount Rock Road. Travel 3.4 miles to the new high school on the left. Enter the parking lot area from the first entrance. The pool is located at the far end of the building. Please note that the new pool is in the high school not the middle school. Return to Top* Carlisle YMCA: From North I-81: Drive South on I-81 to Hanover St. Exit 47. Turn Right at the stop sign at the end of the Ramp. Proceed to the 2nd light and turn left on W. Willow St. Go through flashing yellow light to the next light. Turn Right on S. West St. – YMCA is on the Right. Return to Top Chambersburg YMCA: Take I-81 south to Exit 6 (Route 30, Lincoln Way East. Off the exit, turn right (west) and proceed to the first stop light, opposite Four Points Sheraton. Turn left onto Stouffer Ave, and proceed to the traffic light. Turn right onto McKinley Street and proceed through 2 stop lights. The YMCA will be on the left across from the High School. Parking is available just beyond the YMCA in the High School parking lot. Return to Top Cumberland Valley High School Take I-81 south to the Mechanicsburg exit (Rt. 114) make a left at light - go to traffic light at Rt. 11 - (Giant Store/Sheetz's gas station on right, Silver Springs Commons on left) bear right at light (Rt. 11 south) and go 2 more traffic lights. This will take you to the main entrance of CV complex on right side. Return to Top East Pennsboro Aquatics Club EPAC's pool is located on the campus of East Pennsboro Area School District, in the rear of the East Pennsboro Middle School, Enola , PA. Return to Top Northern York YMCA (NYAC is located at Northern High School ) The high school is located along Route 74, approximately one and a half miles south from Route 15 - turn left at High School Drive . The Natatorium is on the right side, as you approach the main entrance. Enter through the Natatorium entrance. The High School address is 653 S. Baltimore Street , Dillsburg , PA 17019-9690. Return to Top South Middleton Take Route 81 south to Exit 49 (High Street). Turn left at the bottom of the ramp at the traffic light. Turn right, at the traffic light, onto Army Heritage Drive. Turn left at the traffic light onto Fairview Street. Proceed straight on Fairview through the next traffic light. At the stop sign turn left onto Forge Road. Travel 2.8 miles. Watch for sign on left "South Middleton School District". Turn right opposite the sign onto Arnold Street. Boiling Springs High School is at the top of the hill on the right. Return to Top Lebanon Valley Otters Take Interstate Route 81 North from Harrisburg to Exit #85A, state route 934S. Stay on this route for approximately 6 miles to the entrance of Lebanon Valley College on the left. Follow the signs to the Edward H Arnold Sports Center. The pool is in this center. Return to Top Palmyra Sharks From I 81, Exit 77, Route 39 East, or from US 22 and Route 39 East. There is one mile between I 81 and US 22. Take Route 39 East (south) towards Hershey (five to six miles) to the traffic light at Hersheypark Drive. Turn left onto Hersheypark Drive and travel to the 4th traffic light and a 'T', passing Hersheypark and The Hershey Outlets on the right. At the 'T', turn right and over the railroad (do not take 743 North). Continue for about 1/10 of a mile to a stop sign (Derry Road, no street sign). Turn left onto Derry Road and continue to a traffic light and US 422 JCT. You will pass The Country Club of Hershey on the right. At the traffic light, turn left onto US 422. Continue to the second traffic light, Railroad Street and 'center' of Palmyra. Turn right onto South Railroad Street. Continue past the Palmyra Municipal Building, Rothermel Funeral Home, and Trinity UCC Church on your right. Continue a short distance to a 'Y' in the road and take the "Y" to the right. Continue on to the right, now Campbelltown Road, and pass Bartolo Pizza and Redner's Market on your left. Turn left at the next drive or road, the entrance to Palmyra high School. Continue to the parking lot. The Natatorium is on the left end of the red brick building as you face the building. Approximate travel time is about 20 minutes. Directions to the Friendship Community Center in Lower Paxton Township (Harrisburg): Via Route 83: If traveling north or south on route 83, exit at Route 22 East/Colonial Park. Route 22 is also know as Allentown Blvd and Jonestown Road Travel east past the Colonial Park Mall, passing through four (4) traffic signals. Get in the left lane because at the fifth traffic signal you will be making a left hand turn. There will be a bank on the immediate left and Best Buy on the opposite left corner. Make a left turn onto Devonshire Road.* Continue straight past the entrances for Best Buy, K-Mart and a church. As you proceed around a curve and turn right onto Commons Avenue. The Friendship Center is straight ahead, thru the stop sign. Via Route 81: If traveling north or south on route 81, exit at the Colonial Park exit onto North Mountain Road towards Route 22. Turn right onto Route 22. Stay in the right lane going past Colonial Commons. As you pass K-Mart and approach Best Buy, turn right onto Devonshire Road. .Continue straight past the entrances for Best Buy, K-Mart and a church. As you proceed around a curve and turn right onto Commons Avenue. The Friendship Center is straight ahead, thru the stop sign.
